The truth about the causes of terrorism

by Jim Babka

Our politicians have told us there can be no possible link between America's foreign interventions and terrorist attacks against America. But is that what our government really thinks, or is it just a propaganda ploy to prevent Americans from taking a deeper look?

Ivan Eland of the Cato Institute has found evidence that the Pentagon's Defense Science Board does think there is a strong link between U.S. foreign policy and acts of terrorism. You can read Eland's full report at cato.org/pubs/fpbriefs /fpb-050es.html.

In addition, our Director of Public Policy, Harry Browne, has also written extensively on this subject. Here's a very partial list of editorials you'll want to read.
